Hosting Support should be directed via our Contact Us messaging page. Support requests are generally fixed and/or replied within 48 hours. Hosting Guides are available for reading, these are accessible from within your hosting control panel.

Domain Support

Domain Support should be directed via our Contact Us messaging page. Supprt reuests may take time to process depending on what support is needed. DNS type issues may need time to resolve themselves.

Technical Support

Our Technical Support Services cover on-site troubleshooting and repairs, as well as telephone based technical support.  If your business is to small to justify a full time systems administrator, ProMantix may be able to help provide you with weekly, monthly or quarterley support.  Enquire with us regarding our Yearly Support packages.
